So, prepare your heart for cheering while you taste delicious foods like Ciabatta bread and Salami, Traditional Salsaretti and Lemon Mayonnaise, Tomato, Buffalo Mozzarella and Basil Salsaretti Sticks, Mini Croissant and Olive Salsaretti, ETTI Basil and Tomato Pâté, and ETTI Quick Blender Pie. Ciabatta bread and Salami, Traditional Salsaretti and Lemon Mayonnaise
5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
6 mini ciabatta breads
12 salami slices
1 cup of traditional Salsaretti
Mix together mayonnaise and lemon juice. Set aside. Open the mini ciabatta breads, pour a bit of traditional Salsaretti, layer with 2 slices of salami and a bit of lemon mayonnaise. Serve.
Yield: 6 sandwiches
Tomato, Buffalo Mozzarella and Basil Salsaretti Sticks
8 cherry tomatos
8 buffalo mozzarella balls
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of Basil Salsaretti
2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
1 teaspoon of Garlic and Salt spice
On each stick, arrange 1 cherry tomato and 1 mozzarella ball. Set aside.
Sauce: Mix all ingredients together and serve with tomato sticks.
Yield: 8 sticks
Mini Croissant and Olive Salsaretti
200g sieved ricotta
4 tablespoons of yogurt
5 tablespoons of Olive Salsaretti
1 small carrot chopped into cubes
1 teaspoon ETTI Garlic and Salt spice
8 mini croissants
Mix together the ricotta and yogurt, Olive Salsaretti, carrot, ETTI Garlic and Salt spice, and parsley. Fill the mini croissants, add watercress leaves, and serve.
Yield: 8 sandwiches
ETTI Basil and Tomato Pâté
1 pack of ETTI Tomato and Basil Soup (20g)
½ glass of cream cheese
Mix well all ingredients and serve along with toasts or bread slices.
ETTI Quick Blender Pie
1 teaspoon of oil
1 teaspoon of milk
1 dessert spoon of ETTI Complete Spice without Pepper
1 ½ cup of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 ETTI peas can
1 teaspoon of Olive Salsaretti
200g grated mozzarella
Blend the eggs, oil, milk, and ETTI Complete Spice for about 5 minutes. Sieve the flour and baking powder, and gradually add the mixture while carefully stirring. Pour half of the batter into a medium size rectangular greased and floured pan, and fill with ETTI Peas, Olive Salsaretti, and mozzarella. Pour over the rest of the batter, and bake in a preheated oven (180ºC) for about 25 to 30 minutes.
